Why I Started Marie Hall Enterprises
I'm in my 50s, a full-time senior at Colorado Technical University studying psychology, with plans to earn my doctorate in clinical psychology. I'm a proud single mother of a beautiful daughter. And I'm a woman who has been through the fire.
For 15 years, I struggled with addiction. In and out of rehabs, I called treatment center after treatment center looking for help. I'd call 5 or 6 places before anyone would even pick up the phone. By that point, I was frustrated, exhausted, and ready to give up.
That experience showed me a painful truth: there's a massive gap between someone asking for help and actually getting it. And that gap costs lives.
